The vision began in 2009 , and inspired by the birth of my daughter. Nelbi Designs was named after my daughter as I became a new stay at home mom for the first time in my career. Leaving my scientific career was a big decision while residing in NYC. But I decided early on in my pregnancy that it was time for me to pursue my long time passion for technology and design.
